We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual with strong organizational and analytical skills, willing to join our fast growing start-up in the blockchain-market. We need someone who has great interest in loyalty programs and can create powerful messages that will resonate mainly with our b2b clients. In this role, you will be largely responsible for qiibee’s marketing and sales campaigns and execution, while we give you the chance to be a part of the future.

Tasks

  • Drive large-scale adoption of our products and build the long-term health of our brand
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategy to support scaled marketing and sales efforts to drive adoption of qiibee’s business solutions
  • Demonstrate the return of marketing investment for the business through both short- and long-term measurement, across brand & performance metrics and constantly improve it
  • Partner with Sales, Tech and Business Dev. teams to identify, prioritize and produce consistent positioning and messaging, including presentations and documentations for customers and investors
  • Develop customer-centric content that inspires and educates businesses. Ensure content is compelling and integrated across channels including social media, emails, landing pages and more
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align content roadmaps to specific business goals
  • SEO: Oversee global organic search landscape to increase organic traffic acquisition and revenue
  • Pro-actively strategize and organize trade shows, meetups, business development road-shows and company events
  • Processing PR requests, such as commentaries or bylines
  • Building and structuring the future marketing team for the growth ahead
  • Communicate with our audience and respond to queries in a timely manner

Requirements

Required qualifications & skills:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience within digital marketing / sales including; brand management, marketing communications, content strategy or a related field
  • Experience working across marketing channels - paid, owned, earned, broadcast & digital
  • Experience with managing or creating content for paid online media
  • Advanced qualifications in marketing strategy
  • Top-notch storyteller and scary-good at articulating the essence of products and the value they create
  • Team player

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand language
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • A love of data - you just go get the data you need and turn it into an insightful story. You know how to convert data into decisions without getting stuck in paralysis by analysis
