We are looking for a superhuman who can keep up with our founder’s supersonic brains and schedule. You will be the founder’s goto person who will have the paramount responsibility of making sure everything stays on track, all the time! You should be an enthusiastic individual with strong organizational and analytical skills, willing to join our fast growing startup in the loyalty and blockchain market.

Tasks

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office and taking care of the general administration.
  • Manage paper trail, scanning and storing of all papers for finance and accounting
  • Support to the Co-founders, the CFO and other team members, in areas such as HR, investor relations and legal.
  • Arrange video and telephone conferences and prepare meeting agendas as well as guest visits.
  • Global travel coordination, including completing expense reports, and organizing conferences and meetings.
  • Overseeing internal projects and conducting relevant research.
  • Coordinate and maintain communications and prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and any other documents; assist with presentation preparation, ad-hoc reporting and handle printing requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a startup.
  • Bachelor / Masters Degree in business administration, or equivalent.
  • You are a legend with PowerPoint and a wizard with Excel
  • Excellent prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail as well as the ability to smoothly collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strong team player with a high level of interpersonal skills who is proactive, flexible, and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Resilient, highly motivated, goal-driven hard worker with the ability to think ahead, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
  • Have a knack for financials; be aware of costs, budgets and money making.
  • Flexibility with regards to type of work and working hours.
  • Excellent English and German skills both written and spoken. Further languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge in blockchain technology is an asset.
  • A love for loyalty programs is a big big plus.
  • Eager to make a change and in it for the long-run.
